South Bay InsightLA Daylong Retreat

Please join us for a daylong retreat to explore the perfection of generosity. It will be a precious opportunity for us to cultivate the mind of giving and receiving with open hands and open hearts, while practicing together in community.

Through Dharma teachings, and meditation and a sound bath, we will explore the many ways that generosity is the foundation to awakening. The event will take place at the Mary and Joseph Retreat Center, where the we can experience the generosity of nature. We will be meeting in the Chapel. There will be chairs available for sitting, or you may bring your cushions and benches for meditation. You may want to bring a yoga mat or towel if you would like to recline during the sound bath. Please bring your own water, snacks, and lunch for our breaks. For the health of our sangha, see our Covid-19 precautions below.*

Registration is required and space is limited for this event, so if you would like to attend, please sign up as soon as possible. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
