Mindfulness Meditation

Consecutive Thursdays of Every Month

9:00 - 9:45 am 

Our weekly morning mindfulness practice is a 30-40 minute meditation to begin the day with a clear mind and open heart. Both guided and silent instruction will be provided along with occasional discussion. Beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome.
