In a world that constantly invites us to do more, think more, and become more, simplicity can feel increasingly out of reach. Yet the practice of meditation points to something radically simple: this moment, just as it is. It points to reconnecting with the simplicity found in a sound, a breath, a sensation. Awareness itself is uncomplicated, yet we often add stories, judgments, expectations, and resistance that transforms a simple experience into a complicated one.
