We invite you to join us for a daylong retreat dedicated to cultivating inner strength and fostering safety within community. Through Dharma teachings, meditation, movement practices, and meaningful group connections, this retreat will offer tools to strengthen resilience and create a supportive space where we can face the world with a steady heart.
