Opening to the Sacred in the Everyday

This daylong retreat will offer sitting mediation, walking mediation, and movement meditation to open us the the connectedness in our everyday lives. It is an opportunity to deepen silence so the chatter of self drops away and exposes the beauty all around us. South Bay InsightLA teachers Eric McCullum from our Redondo Beach Practice Group, and Peggy Kersulis from our Palos Verdes Practice Group will be our guides on this day of contemplation. 

Our retreat will take place at the Mary & Joseph Retreat Center, Annex Room 1.  Refreshments for morning and afternoon breaks will be provided.  Please pack your own meal for our lunch break.  Chairs will be available, and you may bring your own sitting gear.
