In the midst of our often fast-moving and complex lives, the capacity to rest in open awareness offers a profound way to live with wisdom and ease. Drawing inspiration from Sayadaw U Tejaniya’s teachings, this half-day retreat invites you to explore how natural awareness—spacious, relaxed, and attentive—can support a clear seeing of your inner and outer world.
As we learn to see clearly what is present, the heart naturally softens and understanding deepens. Rather than striving to change or fix our experience, we cultivate a receptive awareness that allows wisdom to arise on its own. Through this gentle yet powerful practice, we discover how to move through the world with greater sensitivity, steadiness, and kindness.
Together, we will explore how open awareness can guide us in meeting life’s unfolding moments with clarity and compassion. The retreat will include Dharma reflections, periods of meditation, and opportunities for heartfelt sharing in community.
