A World of Possibility

Please join us for a half-day retreat to celebrate a “World of Possibility” that awaits us while we practice. It will be a time to journey to new horizons in our approach to challenges in life and our capacity to contribute toward change.

We invite you to explore with us the ways our practice blossoms when we quiet the mind and tend to the heart. Through Dharma teachings, meditation and movement, we will attune to what is happening inside of us, what is taking place out in the world, and how both can be met with steadiness. We will consider the agency of choice and right view, while acting with joyful effort and detaching from outcomes. Just as we awaken to the freshness and newness that springtime brings to each day, we can open up to these liberating possibilities in our practice!
