A Day of Practice: Tuning in to our True Nature

Please join us for a half-day retreat to tune in to the essence of our true nature.  We will be gathering to celebrate the sound of the Dharma through teachings, meditation, and chanting. During a meditation sound bath, we will listen to singing bowls, gongs, ocean wave drums and chimes with strong vibratory and harmonic notes for increased relaxation and concentration. Summertime is the perfect season to open our hearts and minds to this rich tapestry of both sounds and silence in this day of practice.

Our retreat will take place at the Mary & Joseph Retreat Center in the Annex near the labyrinth. There will be chairs available or you may bring your cushions and benches for meditation. To recline for the sound bath, you may want to bring a towel or a yoga mat. Please bring your own water and snacks for our breaks. For the health of our sangha, please do not attend if you have any flu or Covid-like symptoms.

Registration is required and space is limited for this event, so if you would like to attend, please sign up as soon as possible. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
