Dharma Workshop Registration

About the event
Join us to discover the benefits of Biblio/Poetry Therapy in a Dharma Workshop created especially for South Bay InsightLA. Our guest teacher will be Jennie Linthorst, the founder of LifeSPEAKS Expressive Writing and Poetry Therapy. We will learn the history of the discipline and how it can generate vital material for the therapeutic process and healing. Then, we will be guided in exploring this liberating method of inquiry and insight to enhance our practice. Because our community is so enthusiastic about poetry, Jennie has selected a poem by one of our favorite authors to be the focal point for prompts for our writing exercises and discussion. Come experience how poetry can open up new pathways to self-discovery!
